New HOA President

The Board selected Tim Heiwig to serve as this year’s President. Tim has lived in Spingdale Farms for 5 years and:

· Former President of the Hamilton County Board of Zoning Appeals North District

· Antique Dealer hobbyist

· Lifelong Central Indiana Resident

· Member of Lord of Life Lutheran in Westfield

· Member of the Indiana Association of Realtors

Tim brings a great wealth of resources to our board and we thank him for volunteering.


Kurt Wanninger will serve as the as the Vice President.

Greg Stewart is the Secretary/Treasurer
