News Items at Springdale Farms
Springdale Farms HOA annual meeting was held on Tuesday
January 14th.
The following items were discussed:

New trees were planted replacing all the dead trees
around the pond.

New mailboxes are being ordered to finish the mailbox
replacement project. Everyone should have a new mailbox by spring.

Pond Maintenance- the fountains will be moved east in
the pond to better aerate the pond and reduce scum at the east end
-
Neighborhood dues are not changing - $150 fee will be
added at the time of selling. This will offset money not collected
in the past and help keep our dues low.

Cars are not allowed to be parked on the street
overnight. Fines were discussed more info to follow on the amount or
the cost of an overnight permit.

The Town of Westfield has changed to The City of
Westfield. There are plans to extend the path on the North side of
156th connecting Springdale Farms to the Monon Trail – (in the
upcoming years)

Concrete path will be poured on the north Island this
year and a bench will beplaced on the front Island path.
Reminders about Springdale Farms restrictions:

Speed limit is 25 mph
-
No over night street parking
-
Trash cans can only be out from dusk on Wednesday to
dusk Thursday
-
No parking on street during snow event
-
Yards need to be mowed and cared for
-
Only for Sale signs are allowed in yards and in
accordance to Westfield Town rules may not be placed in right of
ways (between sidewalk and street)

All changes to house (paint color, fence, deck etc)
must be approved by architecture review board- Contact Joe Ingalls
to get A.R.C. form

No mini barns allowed in front, back or side yards
-
For the safety of our kids walking to the bus, please
take the time to shovel the sidewalks.
